Looking Ahead Pediatric Therapies is a unique, outpatient clinic in Williamson County TN that was built on the belief that early intervention is everything - beginning with specialized torticollis care to help babies grow symmetrically and avoid the need for a helmet while supporting infants and toddlers achieve their gross motor skills.

What We Are Looking For:
A Pediatric PhysicalTherapist with a passion for torticollis, plagiocephaly, and early motor development to complete our growing, collaborative team. You will build individualized treatment plans, educate families and help children (0-3) improve mobility, strength, and coordination while making a lasting impact when it matters most! We offer flexible scheduling/hours in support of a strong work/personal life balance.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate & Plan: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to measure head shape asymmetry, ROM, strength, and motor skills and customized individual plans
- Play-Based Therapy: Provide engaging, evidence-based treatments tailored to each child’s developmental needs and goals.
- Parent Coaching: Ongoing caregiver education and support with strategies to reinforce progress at home
- Collaborate: Interdisciplinary team approach with Feeding/Speech-Language Pathologists, Lactation Consultants, Cranial Orthotists and Pediatricians.
- Document: Maintain accurate, timely daily notes and progress reports in our state-of-the art electronic medical records system (PromptEMR)
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current, valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Tennessee (or eligible to obtain).
- Experience: Previous pediatric experience or strong clinical rotations in pediatrics.
- Skills: Patience, creativity, team-oriented and outstanding communication skills with both children and families.
