LOOK (findyourlook.co) ποΈβπ¨οΈ is seeking a Business Development & Growth Intern.
We're currently focusing on building out our MVP and revolutionizing the beauty tech space. π
We're looking for A players: ambitious visionaries who see the potential of transformative ideas and want to shape the future of the beauty space with us. This role is a good fit for you if you:
- have skills in business development, partnerships, or outreach
- have experience/interest in marketplace growth strategies and user acquisition

- are passionate about the beauty tech space
- can work remotely, preferably in a US timezone
At this point, we're looking for a scrappy generalist who can wear many hats β someone comfortable with cold outreach, partnership building, and creative growth tactics. We're also looking for someone with the following:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly β whether reaching out to makeup artists, salon owners, or potential brand partners.
- Familiarity with outreach tools and CRMs (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Notion, or similar).
- Basic understanding of marketplace dynamics β how to attract and retain both supply-side (artists) and demand-side (clients) users.
- Experience or interest in lead generation, cold emailing, and DM outreach campaigns.
- Comfort with research β identifying potential partners, influencers, and communities in the beauty and wellness space.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to track outreach pipelines and follow-ups.
- Excellent written communication skills β crafting compelling outreach messages, partnership proposals, and pitch decks.
- A growth mindset with an eagerness to experiment, test new channels, and iterate based on results.
- Bonus: experience in event networking, campus ambassador programs, or grassroots community building.
