About the Role
You’ll be working with children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old, helping create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor activities
- Implement curriculum and foster a positive learning environment
- Track and communicate children’s progress with parents
- Assist with meals, diapering, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Collaborate with team members across age groups
- Use the Brightwheel app for parent communication
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
- Comfortable with light physical activity (lifting, cleaning, etc.)
- Willingness to follow state childcare regulations and policies
Leadership Opportunities (Directors & Assistant Directors)

Additional Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily center operations
- Manage staff and ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain staff files and prepare for audits
- Handle CACFP (Child and Adult Care Food Program) reporting and claims
Requirements:
- Prior preschool or childcare management experience
- Strong understanding of licensing and compliance standards
