Position Summary
As a Technician, you will install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot industrial equipment and systems at customer facilities and in our shop. This position requires someone who is dependable, safety-focused, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. No two days are the same. Successful candidates enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills, and delivering quality results.
Responsibilities
· Install, repair, and maintain industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
· Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting.
· Deliver and ship inventory.
· Assist in warehouse management.
· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical manuals.
· Use hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment safely.
· Complete service reports and documentation accurately.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers.
· Follow all company safety policies.
· Travel to customer locations as needed. May require approximately 5-15% out-of-area travel.
· Participate in training to expand technical skills.
QualificationsRequired
· Must be a US citizen.
· Strong mechanical aptitude.
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Must be willing to complete a background check and have a clean record.
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
· Ability to work on ladders, lifts, and in industrial environments.
· Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
· Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Preferred
· Experience with industrial maintenance or installation.
· Fabrication experience.
· Electrical troubleshooting experience.
· HVAC experience.
· Compressed air systems experience.
· Forklift or aerial lift certification.
· OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification.
Physical Requirements
· Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
· Stand, kneel, bend, climb, and work in confined spaces.
· Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
· Safely wear required PPE.

Pay: $25.41 - $30.60 per hour
