- Operate and maintain diagnostic equipment to support accurate testing and manufacturing decisions.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to resolve equipment issues promptly.
- Collaborate with teammates to implement solutions while meeting quality standards.
- Document results clearly and maintain accurate records for compliance.
- Assist in developing and refining procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Follow safety procedures, including safe handling of hazardous materials.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with mechanical diagnostic equipment and basic hand tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
- Clear oral and written communication; effective teamwork.
- Ability to use precision weighing equipment and basic computer applications.
- Comfort with job‑related math: percentages, decimals, and fractions.
- Ability to meet color differentiation requirement (score 100 or less on color test) and lift up to 50 lbs.
