- Support M&A‑related activities and coordinate required filings under attorney supervision.
- Serve as a technical lead for legal systems, including legal hold software, e‑billing and matter management tools.
- Provide training and guidance on legal systems to team members and business partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Prepare amendments, correspondence and contract documents as directed by counsel.
- Support the development and maintenance of policies, processes and workflows related to legal systems.
- Experience supporting corporate governance activities in a fast‑paced legal environment.
- Ability to draft and review confidentiality agreements and related documentation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and business partners.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines and adapt to changing business needs.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and sound professional judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn legal systems such as SAP, T360, GEMS, DocuSign and CLM tools.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree, and a paralegal certification preferred.
