What You Will Do
- Conduct timely, objective investigations into whistleblower reports
- Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, and other teams; manage outside counsel when needed
- Perform root cause analyses and recommend corrective actions
- Use e-discovery tools to collect and analyze data in line with policies and regulations
- Document findings and recommendations accurately in the hotline system
- Provide guidance on U.S. legal requirements and regulatory expectations
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve investigations and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Legal, Compliance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–10 years of experience managing complex investigations
- Proficiency with e-discovery tools like Relativity and Purview
- Familiarity with AI-driven compliance monitoring technologies
- Strong knowledge of U.S. regulatory requirements and investigation best practices
- Ability to support global prevention actions based on investigation trends
