- Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)
- Weekend shifts include additional pay.

- Act as a subject matter expert for manufacturing processes and equipment within your area of expertise.
- Support the safe and compliant execution of manufacturing operations in a GMP environment.
- Partner with customer and internal teams to support technical transfer and process implementation.
- Train, mentor, and support manufacturing colleagues on new equipment, systems, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, systems, and process challenges to maintain operational excellence.
- Support production documentation, electronic batch record review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- High school diploma required ; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a science-related field preferred.
- Significant experience in manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or another regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience supporting process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and build strong working relationships.
- Commitment to safety, quality, compliance, and continuous learning.
