- Plan, design, and execute scientific assignments and experiments supporting Product Development initiatives
- Provide scientific and technical accountability for project-level deliverables
- Collect, analyze, and interpret analytical data; prepare reports, protocols, SOPs, and internal guidance documents
- Apply hands-on expertise with analytical instrumentation (e.g., HPLC, dissolution, FTIR, DSC, TGA, KF) to support method execution and improvement
- Identify atypical results, contribute to investigations, and help define corrective actions
- Ensure laboratory compliance with cGMPs, safety standards, SOPs, and inspection readiness
- Support training and mentoring of team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience in analytical chemistry within pharmaceutical or drug development environments
- Strong hands-on HPLC experience (method execution, troubleshooting, and data interpretation strongly preferred)
- Ability to independently execute experiments, analyze data, and support project deliverables
- Experience authoring and reviewing technical documentation in a regulated setting
- Strong understanding of laboratory safety, compliance, and data integrity expectations
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a scientific discipline required with minimum experience of:
- 5 years (B.S./A.A./M.S.) or 3 years (Ph.D.)
