- Monitor process indicators and take immediate action when deviations occur.
- Use statistical controls, inspections, and sampling to ensure product quality.
- Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, and GMP compliance.
- Complete accurate production and batch records as required.
- Work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as scheduled.
- Support and back up other Formulations Processors as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's degree in a scientific or technical field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or chemical industries.
- Proven experience with formulation processing equipment and techniques.
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) regulations.
- Ability to work with percentages, decimals, fractions, and related calculations.
- Skill in using precision weighing and measuring equipment.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and process monitoring.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work extended hours and variable shifts as business needs require.
- Ability to meet safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectations.
