Lonza Pharma & Biotech has an opening for an MSAT Engineer in Bend, OR. In this role, you will be the primary process owner for commercial products, ensuring manufacturing operations reliably deliver safe and effective medicines to patients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to drive process excellence and innovation.

What you will do

• Serve as the process owner for commercial products, ensuring reliable and compliant manufacturing.
• Transfer processes to manufacturing suites and support commercial campaigns.
• Represent MSAT in project teams and communicate directly with customers.
• Lead technical investigations and support audits as a subject matter expert.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying projects to improve yield and efficiency.
• Perform advanced data analysis to monitor and optimize processes.
• Support process qualification and continuous verification activities.
  
  

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or related industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze complex data and apply problem-solving techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
