- Oversee confidentiality agreements (CDAs) and corporate governance activities across North American entities
- Manage budgets, including forecasting, tracking spend, and optimizing legal resources
- Coordinate outside counsel, including engagement, fee planning, and performance analysis
- Support strategic and sensitive projects, including mergers and acquisitions
- Significant experience in an in-house legal or similar environment
- Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and reporting
- Confidence using legal technologies, with interest in learning new tools, including AI solutions
- Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work with internal teams and external partners
- Proven leadership and team development experience
- High level of integrity, discretion, and sound professional judgment
