This role offers an exciting opportunity to support pharmaceutical manufacturing through the calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of critical instrumentation and electrical systems. You will help ensure safe, compliant, and reliable operations that enable the delivery of life-changing therapies. This is a fully site-based role. What you will get An agile career and dynamic working culture An inclusive and ethical workplace Compensation programs that recognize high performance Medical, dental, and vision insurance Opportunities to develop advanced technical skills Access to Lonza’s global benefits The full list of our global benefits can also be found at: https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits What you will do Perform calibration and troubleshooting of facility and process instrumentation Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance and support investigations Use CMMS systems to schedule work and maintain accurate records Develop and update calibration procedures, templates, and work instructions Coordinate off-site calibration activities and support vendor interactions Review instrument performance, calibration intervals, and tolerances Support audits and maintain compliance with GMP and safety requirements What we are looking for Associate degree in instrumentation, electronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience Experience with instrumentation calibration and maintenance in a technical environment Knowledge of GMP or regulated environments is preferred Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance and documentation Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings Strong problem-solving and communication skills Willingness to support on-call rotations and work flexible hours as needed About Lonza At Lonza, our people are our greatest strength.
