Core Technician– Cell Therapy
Location: This is an on-site position located in Pearland, TX
Schedule: 7am-7:30pm on the following biweekly shift schedule:
Week 1: Sun, Wed, Thursday
Week 2: Mon, Tues, Fri, Saturday
Shift differential included for weekends
The purpose of this role is to participate in aseptic processing of clinical grade product. Responsible for maintaining and stocking clean room environment, cleaning and up-keep of GMP suites and surrounding supportive areas. Responsible for monitoring temperatures, expiration of materials and calibrated equipment during processing.

What You Will Do
- Stocks cleanroom suites and supports areas with released inventory.
- Supports cleanroom environment maintenance at below alert limits by following established cleaning practice.
- Packages kits, blood tubes and final product for shipment.
- Monitors expiry of critical raw materials as needed.
- Operates basic cell processing equipment according to SOPs and has basic understanding for equipment troubleshooting
- Performs aseptic cell culture manipulations in a Grade A/B environment
- Responsible for carrying out production processes in a GMP facility, with tasks including cell culture.
- Basic Lab experience with a bachelor’s degree or Intermediate Lab experience within a cGMP clinical production environment and a High School Diploma.
- Ability to read, understand and follow production schedule.
- Ability to perform aseptic manipulations without causing product contamination.
- Ability to read, understand and follow SOP’s.
- Perform aseptic gowning on a daily basis, and ability to stand for up to 6 hours.
- Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs.
