Asset Training Specialist
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire
The actual location of this role is in Portsmouth, NH. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and delivering training that supports manufacturing excellence and ensures teams are fully prepared to succeed in a GMP environment. This position follows a 10-hour, first-shift schedule.

- Ensure all training activities meet compliance and quality standards
- Act as a subject matter expert and support continuous improvement of training programs
- Experience in a GMP manufacturing environment or similar regulated setting
- Background in training, teaching, or developing others in a technical environment
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience developing training materials is a plus
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
- Passion for learning, teaching, and continuous improvement
