Lonsdale Autosales is looking to hire a dependable, self-motivating and skilled assistant office manager.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Office Manager in all financial functions including processing and sending financial information to lenders and customers
  • Dealer follow up
  • Office tasks of a fast paced car dealership i.e. registrations, contract packaging, loan applications, filing, etc.

Qualifications

  • Proficient with computer skills & ability to learn software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management, prioritization, attention to detail, organization, ability to multitask
  • Self-starter, ambitious, goal-oriented, can work independently and without supervision
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Benefits:
