Lonsdale Autosales is looking to hire a dependable, self-motivating and skilled assistant office manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist Office Manager in all financial functions including processing and sending financial information to lenders and customers
- Dealer follow up
- Office tasks of a fast paced car dealership i.e. registrations, contract packaging, loan applications, filing, etc.
Qualifications
- Proficient with computer skills & ability to learn software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Time management, prioritization, attention to detail, organization, ability to multitask
- Self-starter, ambitious, goal-oriented, can work independently and without supervision
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
