What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly and professionally to team-generated buyer leads
- Build relationships, set appointments, and convert opportunities into active clients
- Conduct buyer consultations, show homes, write offers, and negotiate contracts
- Follow a proven daily activity plan built around consistency and conversion
- Track performance and improve through coaching, role play, and accountability
- The right leads through team-generated opportunities, including Zillow Flex and other lead sources
- The right systems with proven follow-up processes, CRM support, and KPI tracking
- The right coaching through weekly training, accountability, and high-performance expectations
- Transaction coordination so you can stay focused on production, not paperwork
- No monthly fees
- Photography and sign coordination provided
