Weekend Supervisor

Longwood Health and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Longwood, FL. We are looking for compassionate caregivers to help our residents live their lives to the fullest. We are currently seeking a WEEKEND SUPERVISOR FRI. TO SUN; FRI-8HRS, SAT-12 HRS, SUN-12 HRS to join our team of caregivers.

What you bring to our team:

· Active Florida RN/LPN license

· Current/active CPR certification preferred

· Effective verbal and written English communication skills

· Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality

· Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure

· Problem solving skills

· Approachable, flexible, and adaptable to change

As a the Evening Supervisor, you will provide care to our residents to include but not limited to:

· List of responsibilities

• Identify and participate in process improvement initiatives that improve the customer experience, enhance workflow, and/or improve the work environment.
• Ensures completion of assessments of residents at admission, discharge. and as necessary and required.
• Supervise nursing staff on assigned unit(s).
• Make round to monitor resident care and status of residents.
• Provide oversight and guidance regarding the implementation of the plan of care for residents in compliance with physician’s orders.
• Obtain clinical guidance from the Director of Nursing/designated RN as appropriate related to resident care.
• Ensure nursing policies and procedures are implemented and followed, educating nursing support staff as necessary and according to facility guidelines

· Other duties as assigned
