- Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and various managers in a fast-paced environment
- Superior customer service skills and ability to work effectively with a team
- High School diploma required

Responsibilities
- In this role, you are responsible for the first impression we make on all residents and visitors
- You'll handle front desk reception duties like answering and directing phone calls, delivering messages, and most importantly greeting all associates and guests with courtesy and a smile!
- Understands varying business processes and procedures of both the Business Office and internal manager’s queries and can evaluate the most appropriate route for account resolution
- Coordinates to resolve issues requiring follow- up with the appropriate team, insurance companies, attorneys’ offices, families and other departments
- Daily reconciliation of accounting, identify and report discrepancies immediately
- Support the facility with resident trust activity for banking purposes and monitor resident funds for appropriateness
- Other duties as assigned
