Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Associate for a full time, on-site position in Brookline, MA. The Administrative Associate will handle various day-to-day tasks such as assisting with administrative processes, property accounting, property management, managing invoicing, offering customer/tenant support, and supporting finance-related activities. This role involves collaborating closely with the team to ensure smooth office operations and efficient communication.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Processes and organization to manage daily office tasks efficiently.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise with tenants, maintenance staff, real estate professionals and third party vendors.
- Experience in Invoicing and Finance to handle financial records and transactions accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office software tools.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Experience with Yardi is preferred.
Compensation Range:
$28-$32/hour based on experience
