Longview Surgery Center is seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Nursing to join our leadership team. Position Summary
The Director of Nursing is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all nursing services and daily clinical operations within the ambulatory surgery center. This position ensures regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Director of Nursing will lead and support a high-performing clinical team, establish and maintain clinical standards, and collaborate closely with physicians and executive leadership to achieve exceptional patient outcomes and experiences.
Qualifications
Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas
Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in an ambulatory surgery center or outpatient surgical setting
Demonstrated progressive professional development and leadership growth
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Comfortable supporting an organization through initial growth and long-term operational stability
