What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Longview Management Group?
We are seeking a Mobile Home Park Property Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.
Office Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate all real estate transactions
- Attract and educate new tenants
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
- Vet and hire contractors
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Etc.
Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Maintain the grounds (mowing, edging, trimming)
- Picking up trash
- Etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with tenants
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
