LongView Financial Partners is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused Marketing & Clients Service Associate to join our team. The role will support marketing initiatives, manage day-to-day client service activities, assist with client-focused initiatives, and contribute to a superior client experience while ensuring strong support across departments.

Marketing

• Support and coordinate client events.
• Assist with creation and implementation of marketing content (physical and digital)

Client Service & Support

• Manage scheduling for client meetings
• Handle day-to-day client interactions with professionalism and care
• Support initiatives to enhance the client experience and engagement

Customer Experience Enhancement

• Develop and execute strategies that improve the overall client experience
• Client focused mindset – strive to exceed client expectations by turning each interaction into a memorable, value-added experience

Team Collaboration

• Provide daily administrative support to ensure smooth internal operations
• Act as a liaison between marketing team and other departments to align efforts & goals

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
• Proven experience in marketing, customer service, or administrative support
• A client-focused, team-oriented professional who is proactive and dependable
• Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Interest in the wealth management industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing tools and CRM systems
