With two established clinic locations in Longview and Woodland, we’re ready to welcome a new team member to help support our patients. This position includes a little bit of everything, and depending on your experience and strengths, we’ll help place you where you fit best—whether that’s supporting the front desk, pre-testing patients, or assisting in our optical department. No matter the role, you’ll be an important part of creating a smooth, positive experience for every patient.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Welcoming patients and helping them feel comfortable
* Scheduling appointments and verifying insurance
* Taking payments and assisting with basic billing
* Pre-testing patients before their eye exam
* Keeping records accurate and confidential
* Communicating clearly with patients and teammates
* Supporting our doctors and jumping in to help wherever needed

Pay: $17.50 - $23.00 per hour
