We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, provide outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision, flair, and consistency, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of food and drinks
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest consumption to ensure responsible serving practices and prevent over-intoxication
- Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at banquets or catering events
- Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and retail math principles
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele effectively
- Experience in food handling, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service
- Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
- Background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve serving or cashiering

Pay: $11.41 - $16.41 per hour
