As an Assistant Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:
As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field and prior experience in a manager or director role in a healthcare setting. Two (2) years of related experience preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
