Longstreet Clinic is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator for our Center for Weight Management department located in Gainesville, GA. This is a full-time position.
Patient Care Coordinators serve as a liaison between our patients, clinical staff and referring offices.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Obtain and scan insurance information, documentation and medical records
- Answer calls and direct to appropriate staff
- Schedule appointments, follow-up visit calls
- Complete referral requests
- Weigh-in patients
- Sale dietary products
- Maintain inventory
- Process all fax documentation
Previous experience in a medical office is preferred. Having EPIC experience and being bilingual is a plus.
