What are the responsibilities and job description for the CMA/LPN Oncology position at LONGSTREET CLINIC?
Longstreet Cancer Center is seeking a compassionate, supportive, hardworking CMA/LPN. This is a full-time position. Previous clinical and EPIC experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Excellent interpersonal skills are required. Travel to other offices possible.
Successful candidates must have experience in:
- Taking and recording patient vital signs
- Injections
- Assisting in the examination of patients
- Assisting with in-office procedures and treatment of patients under direction of a provider
- Must be able to effectively speak with patients and their families in a friendly and courteous manner
- Able to multi-task in returning calls and/or messages to patients while working with a provider
- Able to educate patient and families on new medications
License/Certification:
- Must have a current LPN license for the State of Georgia or certification in Medical Assisting
- CPR Certification
