- Microsoft 365 & collaboration — Administer the Microsoft 365 / Office 365 environment and Microsoft Teams, including Exchange Online, SharePoint/OneDrive, identity and licensing, security and compliance settings, and end-user support.
- Reporting & analytics — Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and data models that give leadership and operations clear visibility into systems health, capacity, and business metrics.
- Automation — Identify and automate repetitive infrastructure and administrative tasks (scripting, scheduled jobs, workflow automation) to reduce manual effort and improve consistency and uptime.
- Availability & performance — Monitor systems proactively, plan capacity, tune performance, and drive toward high-availability and rapid recovery objectives.
- Team leadership — Lead, mentor, and develop the systems & infrastructure team; set standards, prioritize work, and manage vendors and service providers.
- Documentation & governance — Maintain accurate documentation, runbooks, and change-management practices; support audits and compliance requirements.
- Cross-functional partnership — Collaborate with operations, security, and business stakeholders to align infrastructure with company growth and 24/7 service commitments
