We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with various landscaping tasks, including maintenance, planting, and construction projects. Your enthusiasm and work ethic will help us deliver exceptional outdoor spaces while gaining valuable experience in the landscaping industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, trimming, and pruning to keep outdoor areas pristine
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and efficiently for various projects
- Support planting, gardening, and tree care activities to enhance landscape aesthetics and health
- Help install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls under supervision
- Perform irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of debris
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening
- Knowledge of horticulture, tree care, or landscaping techniques is preferred
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and instructions
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor labor in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction, hardscape installation, and irrigation systems
