What You Will Be Responsible for in This Position:

We seek an experienced and mechanically inclined Machinist for our facility in Wharton NJ. 

This position will be responsible for operating various machines to manufacture and repair mechanical assemblies. While applying use and maintenance of measuring devices for proper sizing, the successful candidate will have the experience to perform milling operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, etc. The incumbent will be responsible for review and repair defective machine parts with proper tools. The machinist will be asked to perform various metalizing techniques. 

We Seek a Candidate with the Following Background: 

The requirements for the successful candidate will have a minimal 5 years' experience in use and maintain measuring devices and apply techniques correctly to assure proper sizes. Background in performing milling operations such as drilling, tapping, boring, and conventional milling and lathe work, using various engine lathes (e.g., horizontal and vertical mills and horizontal boring mills). An ability to perform various metalizing (metal spraying) techniques as needed. This experience will include the ability to follow all repair procedures as outlined in E/B’s B31213 and B40816 (current revisions), and applicable repair plans.
