We are an upscale dental practice in Longmont known for our high standards of care, supportive culture, and beautiful, modern office (complete with our beloved office dog, Bentley!). Our practice is growing and we’re looking for a friendly and capable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in helping our office run smoothly by handling patient communication, scheduling, and insurance coordination with professionalism and warmth. Dental experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a smile
- Answer phones and respond to messages promptly and professionally
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our scheduling templates
- Present treatment plans and explain next steps to patients
- Coordinate insurance verifications and collect payments
- Support other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in a dental office
- Excellent communication skills and a strong grasp of professionalism
- Able to follow detailed protocols and multi-task in a busy environment
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality
Details:
- Hours: Monday–Thursday, approximately 32 hours a week.
- Pay: $25–$30/hour depending on experience
- Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, monthly profit sharing, dental benefits
- Location: Longmont, CO (near Hover and Clover Basin Drive)
