Position Details
- Full-time, salaried position (Salary based on a 10 month work year, split over 12 months pay)
- Monday–Friday | 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
- School-year schedule with seasonal breaks

QualificationsRequired
- Colorado Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) Qualified
- PDIS Credential Level 2 or higher
- Computer literate and comfortable using technology for planning, communication, and documentation
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passion for play-based learning and social-emotional development
- Ability to work collaboratively while leading your own classroom
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Experience using Teaching Strategies GOLD®
- Previous lead teacher experience
