Duties
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm welcome.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Utilize Google Workspace, and other computer skills to communicate with guests and clients. .
- Support office management tasks such as inventory tracking, supply ordering, and maintaining cleanliness of the reception area.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone.
Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with computer literacy tools including Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in food service, hospitality, receptionist or similar role
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette; bilingual abilities are a plus for diverse client interactions.
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, customer service principles, and administrative procedures will set you up for success.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel
- Proven experience in food service, hospitality, receptionist or similar role
- Answer phone calls and take messages in a professional manner; return calls when available
- Listening to guest needs and provide assistance
- Maintain breakfast food levels and preform breakfast cleanup
- Inspect rooms following brand standards
- Receive and handle incoming mail and emails
- Make reservations, reservations for hotel bookings, room bookings
- Maintain the appearance of the front desk area and the surrounding areas
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
