Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment to thoroughly clean dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen tools efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas by sanitizing workstations, sinks, and surrounding surfaces regularly
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as peeling, chopping, or portioning ingredients to support kitchen staff
- Support catering and banquet setups by ensuring all servingware is spotless and ready for service
- Handle food handling responsibilities with attention to hygiene standards and safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure timely clearing of tables and proper bussing of dishes during service

Requirements
