About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our Distribution Center full-time. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations team — focusing on order fulfillment, inventory handling, and ensuring products are prepared and shipped accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is dependable, communicates well, and takes pride in being a consistent, team-oriented worker.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pull, and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare products for shipment, including labeling, packaging, and palletizing
- Load and unload inventory from trailers and delivery trucks
- Organize and maintain warehouse stock and materials within the distribution center
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and cycle checks as needed
- Support general facility upkeep and complete miscellaneous warehouse tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution center, warehouse, or order fulfillment environment preferred (but not required)
- Ability to lift and move items up to 100lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to working hard during scheduled hours
