Key Responsibilities of a Client Account Manager
- Manage assigned LeafGuard client accounts, serving as the primary liaison for service coordination, inquiries, and solution delivery.
- Strengthen client relationships by understanding campaign goals, service expectations, and product alignment across LeafGuard’s offerings.
- Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to ensure the timely execution of account strategies and service updates.
- Analyze account performance, identify service gaps or growth opportunities, and report actionable insights to leadership.
- Maintain detailed records of client communications, service agreements, and campaign activity using CRM tools.
- Support onboarding and account transitions, ensuring LeafGuard solutions are implemented smoothly and aligned with client objectives.
Minimum Qualifications of a Client Account Manager
- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales—ideally in residential or home improvement campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional, client-focused approach across digital and CRM-based platforms.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet performance deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to accurate documentation, service tracking, and client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to navigate reporting tools and manage account workflows.
