Role Description
The Loan Consultant is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential borrowers, and promoting products or services to drive sales. Additional responsibilities include evaluating and processing loan applications, collaborating with customers to understand their needs, providing excellent customer service, and guiding clients through the loan approval process. Daily tasks will include assessing financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales and/or real estate Investing
- Current book of business is preferred
- Strong customer service and financial services skills
- Proven sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of real estate and renovation finance is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is desirable
