Role Description
This is a fully remote position for a Subcontractor supporting Longfor Group’s residential and commercial development projects. The Subcontractor will be responsible for managing subcontractor agreements, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations, tracking project progress, and acting as a liaison between subcontractors and project managers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee subcontractor agreements, scopes of work, and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with Longfor Group standards, local building codes, and safety regulations.
- Track project progress and report updates to project managers.
- Act as the primary liaison between subcontractors and project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate scheduling, labor, materials, and equipment with subcontractors.
- Maintain records, documentation, and progress reports.
- Support quality control, safety compliance, and efficient project delivery.
Qualifications – Subcontractor (Longfor Group)
- Relevant background in construction, engineering, or project management; certifications or licenses preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing subcontractors or performing hands-on construction work.
- Familiarity with construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment and coordinate across multiple teams and locations.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
