Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical ICU – Nights (Direct Hire)
Location: Omaha, NE
Department: Medical/Surgical ICU
Position Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time | Nights (7PM–7AM)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $38.00 – $51.70/hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus: $30,000 (paid in installments at 6 months, 1 year, and 2 years)
- Tuition Assistance: Up to $10,000 over 4 years

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master’s in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited college of nursing required, or obtained within 5 years of hire for ADN-prepared nurses.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of critical care experience required to be considered for the ICU.
- Previous inpatient or surgical experience strongly preferred.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Current valid Nebraska RN License, Compact Multistate License,
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
