What You’ll Do
As an LPN, you’ll provide hands-on, person-centered care in Assisted Living and Memory Care while leading and supporting your team.
You will:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care with compassion and clinical excellence
- Administer medications and treatments with accuracy and confidence
- Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with leadership, providers, and families
- Guide caregivers and med techs during your shift
- Ensure residents feel safe, respected, and cared for
