Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Client Engagement: Drive membership sales, educate clients on wellness services, and foster meaningful client relationships.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional, personalized service to clients, ensuring they have an unforgettable experience.
- Operations Support: Work closely with our leadership team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including client flow, scheduling, and cleanliness.
- Adaptability: Remain calm under pressure and thrive during high-volume periods as part of a high-paced team.
- Team Collaboration: Promote teamwork and uphold Longevity Loft’s community-centered culture in everything you do.
- Cleaning: Maintain clean workspace and environment for all client-facing spaces, including light laundry.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of sales and customer service experience, preferably in a wellness or spa setting.
- Highly organized with a knack for prioritizing tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and managing time effectively.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a love for client interaction and an eye for creating a positive, engaging experience.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency using computers, apps, and social media.
Details:
- Part-time (30 hours/week), weekends (16 hours/weekend)
- Pay: $17-18 per hour
- Operating Hours: 7AM-7PM, AM and PM shifts available
- Location: In-person, at Longevity Loft
