Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly, conduct thorough intake interviews, and gather relevant medical history using advanced medical software systems.
• Assist chiropractors during patient assessments by preparing treatment rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is sanitized and ready.
• Support patient care by explaining procedures, providing education on anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to foster understanding and comfort.
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families about care instructions, post-treatment protocols, and nutritional advice to promote ongoing health.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with medical software applications and electronic health records management.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, and patient assessment techniques.
• Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to working with families and diverse populations.
• Experience in providing patient service that emphasizes empathy, active listening, and clear explanations of treatment options.
• Spanish and portguese speaking is a bonus!

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
