DESCRIPTION
Longeviti LLC is searching for a Jr. Management Analyst to support the Army Program Executive Office Enterprise (PEOE) Army at Fort Belvoir, VA.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prior experience in:
- Updating and/or drafting policy memos.
- Updating and/or drafting SOPs for approval
- Submitting and Tracking Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs)
- Compiling Annual Army Stationing Installation Plan (ASIP) data, Supply Requisition, Stationing and Space Acquisition/Leasing.
- Events Coordination: coordinate scheduling of facilities, AV/IT related support to include set up of equipment and running equipment or obtaining services for tasks by obtaining quotes from qualified vendors and preparing necessary templates to request funds for payment of services, coordinate Operational support to provide equipment/tables, chairs, etc. for the events. Draft and provide itineraries that are used to organize events. Coordinate the setup of portable PA system for events as well as support for ceremonial music (COCs, promotion/retirement ceremonies, ORG Day picnics, ORG days). Continuously conduct research for innovative solutions to ensure that we can provide top notch AV/IT support for all events,
- General Daily Operations Support: Pick up and sorting of mail for Bldg. 1445/1456. Serves as technical advisor and presents recommendations to PEO EIS Leadership. Prepares project packages to provide the necessary funding, specifications and technical documentation to procure the required supplies and services. Works closely with resource managers to ensure adequate funds are in place to accomplish assigned projects. Evaluates requests for office redesign/reconfiguration within prescribed regulations and submits packages to supervisors for presentation to Director Public Works and Logistics (DPW&L) for review and approval/disapproval.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
Preferred or Desired experience, knowledge, skills, abilities
- One (1) to Three (3) years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge/experience with Communication Systems and equipment
- Excellent writing skills
- Working knowledge Microsoft Office Tools
- Excellent communication, proactive/upbeat attitude, effective leadership and interpersonal skills
