This position helps maintain inventory integrity, ensures product quality and safety standards, and supports the efficient operation of all food and beverage outlets throughout the resort.

- Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries for accuracy, quality, and condition.
- Unload, organize, label, and properly store food, beverage, and operating supplies.
- Maintain clean, organized, and secure storage areas in accordance with company and health department standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Assist with weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts and reconciliation processes.
- Issue products and supplies to departments while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices and ensure product freshness.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and storage procedures.
- Maintain accurate receiving and inventory documentation.
- Support operational needs by coordinating supply requests and deliveries to various resort outlets.
- Report accidents, injuries, unsafe work conditions, and equipment concerns promptly to management.
- Complete all required safety, compliance, and job-related training certifications.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Previous inventory, receiving, warehouse, storeroom, or food and beverage experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food handling, storage, and inventory management practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory systems preferred.
- Ability to communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and lift throughout the workday.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures, including refrigerator and freezer environments.
- Ability to safely operate pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
- Able to lift 50-80 lbs.
