Fitness Center Supervisor

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fitness Center Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our private club's fitness center. This role requires a strong leader who can ensure an exceptional member experience while maintaining a safe, clean, and well-equipped facility.

Responsibilities

• Supervise fitness center staff and ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of fitness equipment and the facility.
• Develop and implement fitness programs and personal training services for members.
• Monitor member usage and address any concerns or inquiries promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Manage scheduling and payroll for fitness center staff.
• Collaborate with management to promote fitness center services and special events.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a fitness center or related environment.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and exercise programming.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
