We are currently looking for a Director of Nursing to join our Sweet Water Team. Looking for a individual that wants to make a difference in the lives of our residents, the residents’ family members, and our team members.
We want an individual who can help our nursing team feel inspired and motivated to do their best each day.
Job Description: Overall management of the day-to-day clinical operations of the facility, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, ensuring continuity and consistency in delivery and quality of services, participation in sales and marketing activities, training and development of staff development and implementation of programs to enhance resident satisfaction, and establishment of a climate necessary for continuous quality of care.
REQUIREMENT:
Knowledge of federal and state regulations
