Regal Heights Nursing Center is seeking a team-oriented Admissions Coordinator to work with our facility admissions team. Work along side an experienced, supportive Director in an enjoyable, growing environment!
Admissions Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with admissions in a healthcare setting and should be an excellent communicator.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Hospital Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals and admissions
- Record information regarding admissions and discharges
- Daily census reports and reporting
- Coordinate with the facility on the admissions process
- Notification and reporting of admission updates
- Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
- Remains in contact with new residents, surveys residents for satisfaction
- Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience as an Admissions Coordinator in a Long Term Care setting (required)
