Job Title: Part-Time CNA/Medication Aide Weekdays and Every Other Weekend
Location: The Gardenias, Hampton, GA
Schedule: Part-time | Weekdays & Every other weekend
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Medication Aide to join our assisted-living team on a part-time basis. This role is responsible for safely administering medications and supporting residents with professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail. Also, responsible for the everyday care/ADL's of assigned resident's during shift. We are a small care-centered facility who value team-players, honesty, and punctuality. Our residents are our passion and always come first
Responsibilities:
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders and state regulations
Accurately document medication administration and resident responses
Monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions and report concerns promptly
Maintain medication storage and comply with safety protocols
Provide respectful, compassionate care while supporting residents' dignity and independence
Collaborate with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure continuity of care
Qualifications:
Current Medication Aide certification (as required by state regulations)
- Previous experience in an assisted-living, long-term care, or similar healthcare setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety - Dependable, punctual, and able to work every other weekend consistently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
