What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook/Prep Cook position at Long shots Restaurant & Driving Range?

We're looking for motivated Line Cooks & Prep Cooks who know their way around the kitchen, can keep up with the pace, and want to be part of a hardworking, fun-loving crew.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to Long Shots' standards of quality and consistency
- Work the line during service, handling high-volume orders with accuracy and speed
- Assist with prep work: chopping, portioning, sauces, marinades, and more
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen (health & safety standards always)
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and front of house for smooth service
- Support our "One Team, One Swing" culture by helping wherever needed
What We're Looking For
- Previous line or prep cook experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions
- Team player with a positive attitude — no drama, just teamwork
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods
